BRICS BIT serves as the Exclusive Authorized Representative of BRICS E-BANK within the designated region, responsible for representation, coordination, business development, strategic partnerships, and facilitating activities related to BRICS E-BANK’s services and initiatives.
All activities, negotiations, agreements, commercial partnerships, financial and banking services, and any related operational transactions shall be conducted strictly under the coordination, authorization, and official approval of BRICS E-BANK.
BRICS BIT is committed to operating within its officially delegated authority, in accordance with the policies, regulations, compliance requirements, and operational standards approved by BRICS E-BANK, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
No commitment, agreement, transaction, or operation beyond the scope of delegated authority shall be considered valid or binding without the prior official approval of BRICS E-BANK.
